In an era of deepening political polarization and proliferating global threats, the fortification of these principles has become one of the most urgent challenges for free societies. The erosion of either pillar risks the collapse of the entire edifice of law, leaving individual rights and economic stability vulnerable to the shifting winds of politics and power.

The practical necessity of judicial independence and integrity extends far beyond the courtroom, forming the bedrock of economic development and public trust. Economic studies consistently demonstrate a strong correlation between the degree of judicial independence and economic growth.
